Co-Chef Collab – Flavours of the Past & Present

We’re thrilled to welcome and introduce you to Chef Bryce Heron. Bryce joins Founders House as our
Chef de Cuisine, after an extensive career in Toronto, and two years at Marcus in London where he
met Chef Chris Pyne.

After years of expanding their careers separately, both Chefs are excited to work cohesively once
again to bring you a stunning mixture of their individual talents. Please join us as we welcome Chef
Bryce with this special collaboration dinner, where we explore their culinary relationship past and
present.
