Wine Maker’s Dinner Series – Planters Ridge
What: As summer fades into fall, help us celebrate some of Annapolis Valley’s finest wine. While relaxing in our dining room, we’ll guide you through five thoughtfully curated courses, designed by Chef Chris Pyne. All paired with delightful vintages from Planter’s Ridge. As we travel through these courses, the Wine Maker himself will chat about each vino, and what makes it so unique.

Paired with: 2020 Pinot Noir
Pumpkin Honey Cake
Ginger crème anglaise, pumpkin seed
Paired with: Sparkling Mead
Price: $140 per person (+ hst + gratuity)
