What: Wine Maker’s Dinner Series
As summer fades into fall, help us celebrate some of Annapolis Valley’s finest wine. While relaxing in our dining room, we’ll guide you through five thoughtfully curated courses, designed by Chef Chris Pyne. All paired with delightful vintages from Domain de Grand Pre. As we travel through these courses, the Wine Maker himself will chat about each vino, and what makes it so unique.

Cucumber, smoked creme fraiche
Paired with: NV Traditional Method Sparkling Riesling
Charred Feta Gnocchi

Paired with: 2019 Vintner’s Reserve Ortega
Seared Digby Scallop
Mushroom & truffle creamed leeks, polenta
Paired with: 2020 Chardonnay
North View Farms Lamb
Celeriac, barley, Swiss chard
Paired with: 20th Anniversary Wine
Ice wine, honey & lemon thyme, vanilla ricotta diplomat, puff pastry, almond
Paired with: 2018 Vidal Ice wine
Price: $147 per person (+ hst + gratuity)
